Meet the Woman Behind it all
My name is Chayse Pernoski and I am Certified in Holistic Nutrition. I created this space after navigating my own journey with anxiety, gut struggles, disordered eating, hormone imbalances, and the overwhelming pressure to “do it all”. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, stressed, and out of tune with your body while craving a life that feels calmer, simpler, and more intentional.
I blend evidence-based nutrition, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle alignment to support your needs. My approach is realistic, gentle, and tailored to real life; no extremes, no guilt, just balanced guidance that helps you understand your body and know how to feel good in it.
